I suffer from, ost of the symptoms but if I feel relaxed enough im usually with a friend andonly with friends not even family bc with my friends im loud and when im with my family (they are painfully loud but so am i) I cant relax bc Ifear that im being judged and im a very open agressive and straight forward person so this is a big difference to what I really act like.
