My Son Has No Friends

Our complete my son has no friends guide. You only get one life stop wasting it away with shyness. Get a markable difference in your social life within 7 days. How crazy is that?

Nobody ever calls your child; he never asks anyone over and he seems to be playing alone at school. Is there something deeper going on?
If you have a child who doesnt interact with other kids all that often, you might hear chatter from other parents about their own children spending weekends being socially active and wonder why yours doesnt do the same. If such is the case, its understandable to wonder what it all means and whether your child is developing healthy social habits.
First of all, dont panic. Not all children evolve the same way and at the same speed.

If your child is having difficulty making or maintaining friendships, here are some simple tips about what you can do to help.
1) Get to the root of the problem: Talk to your child and find out what’s causing the issues with potential friendships. Knowledge is power and knowing will be the first step towards your child’s future ability to make friends.
2) Ask others: Those who are close to your child or who interact with them regularly probably have a perspective that you don’t, as the parent.

Flying Solo Vs Being Popular: Making Friends And Making Sure Your Child Can Manage Without Them

If a child continues to struggle socially, Valdivia discusses possible solutions with the child and his or her parents. Seeking out-of-the-box ideas for the shy boy who was in her class last year, she arranged an indoor recess option with a smaller group of kids.
At Adams Elementary in Seattle, counselor J. Greenstein takes a proactive approach. I go out at recess and look for kids who arent playing with anyone, she says. When she asks a student why she isnt playing with others, sometimes the reply is something as simple as No one asked me.

I don’t mean to be frightening, but is there any family history of schizophrenia? Also, I don’t mean to be presumptive but is he taking any drugs? Either one of these things should be ruled out for his sake and safety. My son did the same thing at 19 and I immediately had him tested. Unfortunately, he had taken some tainted meth (at college) and it messed with his brain function for some time. One of the symptoms was him talking to himself. It eventually went away and he is doing very well now, but I highly recommend you have him neurologically tested.

With songs, sitcoms, dramas, and movies galore celebrating friendship, it’s clear society places a high premium on friends. As a result, parents often grow concerned when their child just doesn’t seem to fit in — or worse — fits in with the wrong crowd.
But parents shouldn’t fret just because their child is not the most popular kid in the class or the life of the party, experts say.
“My rule of thumb when working with kids is that I don’t get too concerned about kids who have a friend or a couple of friends, but there are some kids who, for whatever reason, have no friends, and that can be problematic,” explains Jonathan Poghyly, PhD, a child psychologist at Children’s Memorial Hospital, in Chicago.

I had a bet with myself as I read your post one of the ‘A” coming up ,this does often come with aspergers, you are use to him, but other people feel the awkwardness, and other children are often not equipped to deal with it, every year on fresher day on the uni course that that my father heads up, there are hundreds of students all under “A” umbrella , all just like your son, the left out one at school, It’s a brilliant day as they all realise for the first time they are normal ones, it’s where they all come together, It’s horrible watching your child go through this, the thing is somewhere probable very near you, there is another mother with a child very similar to you yours going through the same thing, you just have to find each other,.
