Inside, the world suddenly slows down as you notice how everyone is too preoccupied doing his or her own thing. And even if you dont necessarily talk to everyone in the room, you can feel that youre with them; you can feel that youre not alone.
You deserve a break. Hit the road and take that adventure youve been dreaming of for a really long time.

A study carried out by relationship charity Relate found one in 10 people felt they didnt have one close friend and that 19% had never or rarely felt loved in the two weeks before the survey.
